Heritage Housing Projects is a zestful and aggressive construction company based in Gweru, Zimbabwe. Heritage Housing Trust was formed in 2011. It then got rebranded to Heritage Housing Projects (pvt) LTD in 2018. We provide all the materials and other services according to your requirements. It is our goal to modernize the construction industry. Our intention is to provide our clients with an “I AM SATISFIED” experience when they choose us to implement their projects. Our emphasis on clear communication and follow-through procedures ensures that client’s objectives are top priority in the planning and execution of all our processes. We aim to be the boots on the ground in construction in Zimbabwe. We are growing as a company and one of our goals is to be one of the best construction companies in the Midlands Province. We have the utmost confidence in our members of staff for they provide a pre-eminent expert on construction. 

Heritage Housing Projects currently has four land projects. Two in Gweru town, one in Harare and one in Mutare. part of the land is already built and occupied, and residential stands are available on the other parts. We want to build legacies with our clients as we bridge the gap in housing backlog. Our residential stands are available at affordable prices and we have great credit accords. Our customers have trust in us since 2011 when we started. We have managed to build communities in Raylands Estate and Greensyke of Reinet. Soon the Grange of Toronto community will be up and running, and it is a huge development for us because it is one of our goals to build as many communities as we can.
